Review: In this auto repair they charge me very expensive for a part, for my car, that they toll me it will be an original part from the dealership, I agree to pay for the original part from the dealership, but went I check my car, the part was not an original part, it was something that I think is not even for cars, I talk to the manager about the problem, and he refuse to help me and said that I was wrong, so I went to the dealership and buy the part for myself, to compare the parts and I find out that the part cost 50% less that they charged me, and compared the original part to the part that they installed in my car and find out that they are not similar.
plus they failed to provide itemized bill, and the bill from the dealership for the partDesired Settlement: I desire the refund of the price of the part that they did not installed in my car which is $78.00
