These are two separate forms, copies both of which were left with the homeowner the day she signed.The Notice of Cancellation gives the client 3 business days to cancel. The customer tried to cancel after this time frame had passed.We would prefer to continue and finish this Project, but the customer is not cooperating with us and will not allow us on the premises.We have time and material already vested into this Project, more than the down payment of $678.00. If the customer still chooses to not allow us to finish our side of the Contract, we will need to hand the Project over to our Legal Dept.
