etc. And, we never did receive from our call on April 25th the copies of the checks from the mortgage company. Tracie Carver finally called and was able to have someone on their end get us the documentation to send to ***. *** accounting never had record of the second payment and once we sent both copies they promptly refunded the second payment that somehow went into a "black hole". Could we have stayed on top it betterof course. We had several staff out during this time and the issue was shuffled around internally.
