The owner of the business, Cyril R*** has had some health issues as mentioned in the complaint above. Although it is currently impossible to work, we will continue to stand behind our work. We have been in touch with Dominic and will take care of his outstanding issues as soon as
possible
Im afraid this response doesn't address the fact that I'd been asking for these repairs to be made for almost a year now, and at every point there was an excuse as to why they couldn't be done.
These health issues have only just recently emerged, and now, because of all the delays/cancellations over the past year, I have to wait even longer (somewhat indefinitely) for the issues to be addressed.
Extremely frustrating that this whole problem could've been avoided had they just been addressed in a timely manner.
Given the lack of communication over the past year, I don't have much faith that I'll be contacted when Cyril is all better.

Some work took place on 3/11/2016, nothing since. I was repeatedly told that the template would be done and the countertop ordered. When I spoke with Karen on 4/8 she said the cabinet and desk could be done in 4 days. On 5/9 they offered to complete the job at their expense if I would pay the remaining $1637.80 balance directly to Tile America. How can I trust this when on 5/8 she told me they had no money. She took our money and we have very little to show for it.

We contracted with the [redacted] to do a partial kitchen remodel project - a new countertop, backsplash, appliances, venting the microwave outside, hardware, pantries and a desk, and some electrical work. We started their project and completed the appliance installation, venting of the...
microwave, hardware, and electrical work. Then I was called in by my doctor to have surgery. We explained this to the [redacted] as it was unfolding. The recovery period took longer than expected. When I was well enough to work again, we called the [redacted] to get the project back on track to get completed in the most efficient and effective way possible. They don't want to move forward.
Review: Signed a contract with Aspen kitchen & bath in July 2014 for a master bath remodel. I paid a deposit of $13,734.00 to Karen R** which was to order the cabinets for the bathroom. Work started slowly in OCtober 2014 and since January has come to a complete halt. We have been led to believe that our cabinets would finally be here the week of June 8th. They never arrived and we were just informed that she never ordered them. We have paid her a total of $25,868.00 My bathroom has been unusable since October 2014.Desired Settlement: My cabinets delivered and work completed per contract or a refund so we are able to get the job completed by another contractor
