Everything seemed great until the end. There are several unfinished items and I can't get Jim Lubell to respond and finish. Just keep getting promises to come and finish but never shows up. Unfortunately, shame on me for paying the full amount before I was completely happy with the finish. The concrete has large threads of fabric stuck in it because he put a cover over the concrete before it was ready and had workers walk on it embedding the threads of fabric to the concrete. He redid the ceiling fans on the patio cover and did not complete them, leaving exposed electrical parts in a cover that is adjustable. A large hole has begun to erode near the water fountain that he installed and now the concrete will crack and break. The posts he used for the patio cover are full of sap so when outside if you brush up against the posts you get sticky. I had to have someone else complete the drain on the barbque island because it constantly came apart and he did not tie the drain into the lawn drain.
