I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
My only other suggestion is that the company improve its online presence. I would have liked to have resolved the matter directly with the company; however, I could not find a working phone number for it online. That being said, thank you for your effort in resolving this matter.

Hello,We received Ms [redacted] payment on 01/22/15 for a 3 year subscription to [redacted] magazine. Her order was downloaded that same week. Since the magazine is only published 6 times a year it does take a little longer than a magazine that is published monthly. These can take 8 to 12...

weeks to start. We have tried contacting Ms [redacted] but we've been told she is not available or not home. We have cancelled the order and issued a refund by check for the amount she paid. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank YouAspen Media
