My husband and I just came from this office...and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. We were asked last week to change our appointment date, although we had already scheduled our business appointments around that time...but were told by the receptionist that we needed to change the date for the Dentist's convenience. Although we have a home-based business and this was not easy to do, we were told they could no longer honor the original appointment date. So, we changed to a different date and were a few minutes late for the paperwork check-in time, but still at least 10 minutes before the actual appointment time. We were the last people of the day (a 4:30 appointment) and we were told they would not allow us to see the Dentist. We had driven in 30 miles and could not believe their attitude. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone...they were very uncaring and the Dentist stayed behind a wall and would not talk directly to us. I would rate this experience VERY VERY POOR.
