[redacted] is correct to an extent. When we received the bid request prior to [redacted] taking over the property, we were told we would be doing the field work during the off-season (April/May 2016). As a result, we bid the job accordingly based on travel expenses during the winter versus the off season...

(lodging about 1/3rd of the same rates during the winter). Weather also prevented us from completing the site work several times as every time we had it on the calendar, a major snow storm would hit the region. Since our work is conducted outdoors, it is impossible to complete the site work when it is snowing outside. Spring hit and a major rockslide closed I-70, as a result, we were unable to get to Snowmass and were delayed further. Our contract states there is "no guaranteed turnaround for contracts signed between October and April due to weather events" that may prevent us from conducting a proper site evaluation. Finally got on site in Spring and conducted the field work. At that time [redacted] promised estimates and bids for work that would be conducted by the association. We still haven't received that paperwork. After [redacted] called the office and verbally abused my employee for no reason (don't take your frustrations out on my assistant that has nothing to do with putting the report together), I emailed him on July 14 requesting the info again, stating the report is done and ready to deliver once I obtain this information from him. Still haven't received the files requested. I understand he is upset, but at some point, he needs to look in the mirror as well. Believe me, I am not putting this all on him because that is not the case, I will admit we have had a few challenges this year, but when we do not get requested info from a client, there are times we begin to wonder the importance of receiving the report. It is impossible to babysit everyone in this industry, but when we request documents, we expect these people are adults and they can conduct their work as well. If I were to put a percentage of blame here, I would say we are about 60%, [redacted] is about 40%.  Bottom line, the report is ready to go and will be sent on Monday July 25 without this important documentation we have requested SEVERAL times.
