additional work required and continued to comment "no rush I understand you are doing more work than originally planned". I have 2 witness who can attest to these comments. The car has had over $3,000 worth of materials and labor put into it and I have all documentation to prove so. Mr [redacted] chose to remove his car before services could be completed, despite receiving all the additional body work that was not contained in the original quote for the same price as every body shop charges for a simple same color paint service. I employed him to contact several other shops to get prices so that he could see he was receiving all of the services that we were providing him for 60% less than any other reputable shop would charge him. When you bring a car to a shop to get "painted" and thousands of dollars of body work/repairs are discovered that were not originally disclosed you can hardly complain when the work is being performed for next to nothing. We had less than 3 weeks worth of work left before completion and Mr [redacted] chose to remove the car WHILE it was in the process of being worked on. Every time we went to work on his car a new issue was discovered. This is just a case of an ungrateful customer wanting something for nothing. I've been in business for 8-1/2 years and never had an issue with a customer until now. 5 people have worked on his car and all can attest to the complete mess it was when we received it as well as to how much work has been put into it. For Mr [redacted] to make a false statement stating "the car hadn't been touched" shows his reputation for dishonesty.
