Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: we never filled the color of shingles in on the addendum because the sales person did not have the pamphlet with the colors of shingles Attached to this email is a copy of the addendum where it is blank The sales person than started texting me with the colors of shingles then he decided to bring me the pamphlet and told me to take my time and decide Then to get back to him in a message about the color I would like to go with so I messaged him with the color They need to discount the $coupon as well as the 50% if not they can come and put the request roof on Sincerely, Lionel [redacted]

The contract and addendum was turned into the office was a certain color shingle ordered He texted the Sales Rep which did not convey to the office to change his single color to a different color Todd the owner did promise to look into the matter, but nothing was every guaranteed Currently Mr [redacted] is asking us to take a discount of his bill of 50%We are willing to do the 50% discount but it cant be combined with the $couponCurrently without the coupon, Mr [redacted] owes After looking at the invoicing, this is what the Owner is willing to do is taking half off the $balance instead of the $coupon

The contract for this customer is to ReRoof house of Squares, the salesman didn't account for the porch overhangIt has a ton of ladders, junk and debris on top of it, and this customer is wanting us to re roof it or he wont pay usThe wife acknowledge this wasn't part of the contractThe customer is trying to blackmail the company in doing free workWe are already in the processing of placing a lien on this customers house, and we will be going to court for a judge to decide the outcomeIt clearly states on our contract what is required for us to do, we have done it and now this customer wants more

Part of the problem was after they came out and addressed the issues noted on the first inspection, it took several months for them to request the next inspection So, while the inspection ordered in February of was backed up, that accounts for less than half of the total delay We are glad that they are working to get this done, though we are not sure if they have completed the inspection items, as there is a package of roofing material left at our house We do hope this can be resolved quickly, but won't consider this complaint resolved until it has passed inspection, as they have been paid in full sometime last year Complaint: ***

*** *** is refusing to answer all calls we have made out to her from several different phones in the office, She isn't being cooperative with usShe will only text and that isn't a professional way of conducting business we would prefer she give us a call asap. We would really
appreciate if she would give us a call or answer our calls for better understandingShe doesn't communicate very well over textWe need to set up a meeting where we can go over every concern or issues she may have with her HIRED 3RD PARTY COMPANYThe owner of the company has requested this of her, Mrs *** will not cooperateMrs *** *** has mentioned she wanted to have another company come out to her home to go over all work that’s fine, she did and sent us the reportSome of the items on the report are purely cosmetic and all items are easly correctable, except we would like that 3RD PARTY COMAPNY out there when we go out there to make those repairsOnce again our request is we all need to go out to her house all at once, which is what we have been trying to do but she isn't cooperativeWe have not missed any meetings, the meeting she was talking about is when she setup a meeting with us we requested to have the 3RD party meet us, she became aggressive, and notify the company she wanted to cease communications and talk with a lawyerThe lawyer never called, nor was there any follow up except this complaintOur request is that we all meet at the house with the 3RD PARTY COMPANY and get the repairs completedWe have not paid the last contractor on the job the gutter guy since, as soon as we uncovered Mrs *** not willing to pay, we cannot pay any remaining contractors if she hasn’t paid us yetThe roof has passed inspection and is finished also we do not mind finishing all tedious exterior work once she meets with us, with the 3RD PARTY COMPANY and makes a payment on the balance owedWe have filed a LIEN on her PROPERTY and late fees are accumulatingWe need to get this resolved as soon as possibleAnd she needs to pay to have the lien release from the County

Dear Mr. and Mrs. [redacted],All repairs were completed as of 13 of July. All work was overseen by the Project Manager and made sure work was complete and quality controlled. There was extra material that was left as a courtesy for the homeowners in case they needed them. Called in the inspection to Denver the day after on the 14th of July. We are aware of Mr and Mrs [redacted] issues and are addressing it now.  We did the roof back in July of last year but it took til May of this year for the City of Denver to Come out to inspect the roof.  The roof failed inspection and there were some corrections to be made. I...

Let them know we are sorry for the city taking so long, and we will make the repairs right away.  We are in constant contact with them as we speak. We do apologize this happened. This was not our fault.
