They started replacing my roof on 11/26/2018. On 12/04 it rained and 5 rooms in my house leaked. They came back and fixed roof again. It was not fixed properly. They came back again and again and patched up the new roof. The city inspector failed the final inspection due to improper wood placement and material used. It has been almost 2 months and my roof has not been fixed yet. They came back on 1/15/2019 and promised to replace the whole roof again due to failed inspection. On 1/17/19 they sent only one worker to work on the roof for couple of hours. On 1/18/19 they send a crew but did not have material to fix the roof. On 1/19/19 they sent back the same crew and took of the new roof off again but did not have material to fix it. they new it was going to rain on 1/20/19. On 1/19/19 it rained and again warter leaked in two rooms. The city inspector and building officials are supposed to come to my house on 1/21/21. This builder does not care about fixing my roof and they continue using wrong materials. Please do not let this company hurt other residents. I have been very patient. After two months I have no roof and it is suppose to rain again. They are all about sales but no service. They have an office in Sanford Florida but no address. I have called their corporate office but only sales people answer the phone.

Finish the job I just need my roof replaced properly in a timely matter. 2 months is way too long to fix a roof.
We have spoken to the customer and have solved the issue. We once again do apologize as there were some unforeseen circumstances in getting this roof installed, but we have re-done his roof to his satisfaction, passing the inspection and the customer is happy.

They did fix my roof and it did pass inspection
Hired to repair/replace roof. Was given a contracted price for financing and was told any additional work would need to be pre-approved by my husband or myself before work would be completed. Two weeks after roof finished I get a letter from a finance company for an additional $6872.00 above agreed upon price. Neither my husband or myself approved any additional services. When asking the workers when repairs were being done, my husband was told "you're pre approved" but couldn't tell him who gave the approval. Sales Manager, who sent the bill via email, has not responded to emails asking who approved charges or what was actually done above what we were expecting.

Explanation of Charges I am willing to pay some of these charges, but not all of them. Charging us $2310 to remove second layer of roofing when they knew there were two layers of roofing. I will not pay these charges, but if they would sit down with us and review the other charges, I will work with them for the decking replacement and framing.
After speaking with the customer, we came to a mutual agreement and the customer is now very happy and satisfied with her new roof.

We came to a mutual agreement after several calls that I was satisfied with. Charges were adjusted per agreed upon amount. Happy with the work done.
I had a new roof installed by Aspen Home Improvements and the first crew did a poor job. They stood by me and replaced the entire roof and damaged gutters. All problems were addressed and taken care of.
I gave Aspen and deposit of $1,900. for a roof, I was denied credit so I cannot afford the roof. They refuse to return my money or even a phone call. I spoke with Jonah, their salesman who took my money, and he keeps saying his boss will call me back. Never has. I texted him several times and he keeps telling me "I will call you when I am in the office in the Morning" he never calls.
I do not need a phone call, just a check. They are not doing the roof, they have not purchased any materials, and I was not even put on the calendar for the roof. I just want my deposit back.
I am a 70 year old widow of a View Nam veteran.

Refund I need my $1,900. back, I am not doing business with this company. They offered me credit and then I got a letter saying that I was denied credit. It is simple, I want my deposit back. I so not need an explinantion or a phone call, just $1,900. They have done nothing.
Aspen Home Improvements was suppose to repair my roof. After they did the job, my roof started leaking. I had to put pots under the leaks. It didn't leak before. Part of my ceiling fell down.
Other (requires explanation) I would like a refund, my contract cancelled and my ceiling repaired.
This is the best marketing group in the county as my personal opinion. The staff here is like a family very friendly and helpful. And the management is the same very helpful and understanding. For anybody who is in the marketing business this is a very clean environment with actual opportunity in progression within the company.
