Aspen Sound

Review: On Nov. 28 went in to aspen sound to look for two 12" subs and amp THEY picked out kenwood xr6001 amp and two p2 subs. They said I would need 2ch line converter and a vented box two grills I didn't ask for totaling $1.121 Nov 29 paid and had everything installed . Dec1 tolled them it didn't sound good dropped the car off at 2pm for tuning picked up at 830pm they close at 7pm. Called Dec 2. Still didn't sound good asked if they would put in a bass [redacted] they said yes but I would need to make an appointment, they scheduled me in for SATURDAY DEC 6. I dropped the car off at 10 am picked it up at 830pm. Still didn't sound good and had bass kicking on during phone calls. The bass kicked on and off during this hole time. Went in today DEC 6 to see if they could tune again and fix the bass feeding through the phone calls. They couldn't fix it or take everything out they said I was passed the 7 day return no full refund. I said I had a problem from the start. When does the seven days start ? They said the day I paied even though I had to wait for then to install. They told me they don't do refunds. But it was never done correctly. I feel I should have gotten a full refund instead if the 643.50 they refunded. I took my car to [redacted] they said they should have pulled the stock sub out of the rear deck to allow bass to flow through . I mention that to aspen sound . When I went in to get my car and statement they put on it that they offered to pull the sub.... Funny I toled them that.Desired Settlement: I think because it wasn't right from the beginning I should have gotten a full refund. I contacted them from the start. They had my car for a total of 15 hrs plus I was at the store 5 different times. I hope aspen does the right thing and refund my money back

I sent a copy of this email to our store manager to find out the sales person, the installer and to find out from my guys what happened with your vehicle and install.
