I have received the letter of complaint from [redacted]. I have reviewed Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, her billing...

history, the notes in her account and the contract that was signed on September 28, 2011. I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] was not happy with her experience as a client of Aspen Sun Financial.
In her complaint, Ms. [redacted] stated that when she advised [redacted] that she could not make her automatic withdrawals until she received her new card that they were rude and stated that she would still have to pay the late fee. Ms. [redacted] stated that her account went into collections and that the collections agent was rude also and would not work with her. Ms. [redacted] stated that she was a good customer and is asking that her balance be cleared and removed from her credit report.
After reviewing the contract, billing history and notes in Ms. [redacted]'s account is clear that she signed and agreed that if she were to default in payments she agreed to pay all collection costs. The contract states on page 2 of 6: "Should I default, I agree to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to, court costs and reasonable attorney's fees". Pages 2, 3, 4 and 5 all lists the fees that would be charged and Ms. [redacted] also signed each of those pages. [redacted] was not required to waive fees for any reason, and if ever done; would be on a case by case basis.
I have included a copy of the billing history and notes for your review. I was able to verify that [redacted] attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to work with her regarding her declined payment. Ms. [redacted] specified a day when she would receive her card and would make the payment. When the agents attempted to contact Ms. [redacted], she would hang up on the agents each time. [redacted] noted that the fees would no longer be waived after Ms. [redacted] kept hanging up on them. Ms. [redacted] allowed her own account to go into collections.
Ms. [redacted] stated that Aspen Sun Financial was rude to her as well and would not work with her. Our records show that Aspen Sun Financial was not able to get in contact with Ms. [redacted]. In October of 2012, Aspen Sun attempted to contact her and the person who answered the number listed on file stated that it was the wrong number. At no point did Aspen Sun deny to work with her.
Ms. [redacted] may have not pulled her credit report prior to filing her Revdex.com complaint since she may have noticed that it has already been removed. On March 29, 2015, Aspen Sun Financial cleared her balance. If for any reason Ms. [redacted] pulls her credit report now and it is on there, then she can file an online dispute with TransUnion to delete and Aspen Sun Financial will accept the request to delete the debt.
Aspen Sun Financial hopes this matter has been resolved to Ms. [redacted]'s satisfaction.
