Review: We moved to and purchased a home in [redacted], MD about a year ago. Last month, we received a bill from [redacted] LLC who was retained by [redacted] to manage invoice charges of our Homeowners Associate, [redacted]. The balance on the charges is $13,348.60 and due at an annually rate of $700.00. According to [redacted] LLC, these charges are outlined in the Declaration of Water and Sewer Charges recorded in the land records of [redacted] County.We forwarded a copy of the bill to Aspen Title & Escrow Corporation, who managed our closing, because these charges were not listed on our HUD-1 nor discussed in our negotiations. They told us that there is nothing they can do and we needed to pay the charges.We dont believe we are liable for these charges and would like to know our options for disputing and resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: The title company or the seller of the pay charges
