I have been in contact with [redacted] regarding his complaint The owner did go to the home and inspected the roof It was found that the leaking is not due to anything with the roof but a plumbing vent stack, a plumbing issue Our company is trying to do all that we can to stop the leaking but a plumber is needed The leaking has nothing to do with our work on the roof

We spoke for over an hour today, January 29, The project is complete for the roof and gutter work with the exception of a couple of small detailsYour concern was that a few black marks from shingles on your sighting and we need a minor settlement on the amount that you owe for damage done to
window screens and panes of glassWe came to an agreement and adjusted the final amount owed to more than compensate on your end for damagesArrangements will be scheduled for us to come out to clean the black marks and inspect the story tall rear window at the back of your home to make sure the window looks good for no chargeAt that time you will give us a check for the difference of the balance due and I will submit your copy of the certificate of completionI will also supply you the written year warranty for the installation of the roof and gutter systems as well as your final lien release waiver for the project for your home
