I am rejecting this response because:Good morning StephanieI have attached pictures of what Steve says are minor brown stainsThese are pictures of my dishwasherI haven’t used it since I moved inBut this is what I moved into and this is one of the reasons I had Steve come out and test my waterHe never recommended an iron remover from the beginningI just learnt about the iron remover now that I’m complaining that I’m still getting the brown stainsI bought a new washer due to the washer having the same brown stains as my dishwasherI also have attached a picture of my text with Steve last night he never responded after the second text.I did receive a call from his guy Antonio prior to pm he told me Steve told him that he came out to my house which is not trueAntonio wanted to come look at the machines but he couldn’t make it until pm which I declined but he did tell me he would come on Saturday at noonI’m just writing to let you know because I have the days to give you guys a responseI don’t want the days to go by without giving you guys an answerWhat do you recommend?

The company never recommended an iron remover from the beginningI provided all emails I had with the owner of the business not once does he say anything about an iron removerThe only reason I declined the iron remover was because I told him I would not agree to anything until it got installed in my house and I was sure the brown stains would not come backI also provided the text messages he sent me not once does he say he has been trying to reach me as the text messages show he says we’ll try and make it out this weekThe last time he made an appointment with me he never showed upHe told me he was “stuck in traffic “ so I asked him what time should I expect someone and he never respondedWhen his “technician” showed up all he did was backwash the systemI guess that’s what you call a full inspectionI had another company come out and test the waterThey told me I didn’t need the neutralizer machineAs Steve States my Ph was high that’s why I needed the neutralizerThe other company told me that my Ph was not highWhile my process of buying the house the water was tested and the Ph tested goodThe other company told me I needed the iron remover and come to find out I also need a uv light I have bacteria in my waterSomething Steve never told me aboutHe never provided me with a receipt for the equipmentHe was supposed to fill out my ST-form which also didn’t get filled outI want Steve to take back his machine that I never needed and credit me the price of the machine and interest I have paidI don’t want to do business with him anymore.

We called and text him a number of times trying to respond to his issuesOur tech was finally able to get the customer to meet him so we could check the equipment as he requestedWe did a full inspection and the equipment is working perfectly, there is nothing wrong with the equipmentPrior to us coming I spoke to the homeowner and told him that I suggested he get the Iron tank when I originally did the inspection he didn`t want to spend the moneyI now offered him a free iron tank that included free install and he refused it, all I needed is for him to sign for it before I installed it, he said he noWe always make every effort to make sure our customers are happy with our services and productsThis is the only complaint we have ever received and that is because we go out of or way for all of our customers

I came out to the customers home to replace this water softener. I tested the water and it needed the softener for the hard water and Neutralizer for the PH. I also recommended an Iron removal tank for the brown stains. I told him he could just try the water softener and neutralizer and maybe that...

would solve all the problems. This way if it did solve this problem he would save money as the brown stain where very minor.  When he contacted me and told me he was having problems and I told him we would send someone out to take a look. My technician called him a number of times and he never called back. When he finally picked up our call he told my technician he didn’t want him to come, he wanted me to come.  We explained that I couldn`t fix or adjust the equipment and we needed to send a tech. It has always been very important to Aspen Water that our customers are always happy with our service and products and go out of our way to make sure. We offered to give him a free Iron tank, all we need is for him to sign an agreement before we install it and he refused. As stated in his complaint all he asked is that we come and check the machine and make sure they are working properly. I sent him a text and he agreed to let my tech come next week, which we originally offered to do.
