We purchased a bedroom suite in February In February the thick round portion of our king size sleigh headboard cracked...not in the seam where two pieces of wood were joined but in the middle of the wood It's a very large crack - takes up almost 1/of the king size headboard We contacted the store where we purchased it (*** ***) - they will not help us because we did not purchase extended warranty; we contacted the manufacturer (Aspen Home Furniture) - they wouldn't even look at the complaint stating they only warrant their product for year Neither of these businesses would entertain the idea of even looking at photos of the damage - they do not stand behind their products at allI guess they expect consumers to purchase expensive furniture every years

In February 2015 the thick round portion of our king size sleigh headboard cracked...not in the seam where two pieces of wood were joined but in the middle of the wood. It's a very large crack - takes up almost 1/2 of the king size headboard. We contacted the store where we purchased it ([redacted]) - they will not help us because we did not purchase extended warranty; we contacted the manufacturer (Aspen Home Furniture) - they wouldn't even look at the complaint stating they only warrant their product for 1 year. Neither of these businesses would entertain the idea of even looking at photos of the damage - they do not stand behind their products at all. I guess they expect consumers to purchase expensive furniture every 2 years.
