We reached out to the [redacted] and provided her access to the products and services she purchased I have sincerely apologized and explained about our internal systems changes recently See text below My initial email yesterday - [redacted] I got the note through the Revdex.comI don't know why we didn't get your request before We have been changing some internal systems and I am so sorry we missed your messageYou have written back and forth with my team at the end of April I just don't see where you requested a refund before I checked the shipping logs and it does look like nothing was shipped to you I sincerely apologizeIt has been too long and we definitely need to resolve this My Customer Service team is out for the afternoon I will take this up with them first thing tomorrow." I then forwarded the email to our Customer Service team, and they gave her the logins today 6:AM this morning: "Thank you for the response The product offered sounded like a good fit for usHowever, when I attempted to contact anyone about trouble finding the Facebook group, joining the Minecraft server or attending to live webinars..I was instructed to leave a voicemail message that was not returned I truly thought I had been duped into paying AE for a service that was not willing to provide these services and no one to contact about this at AE I gave up trying to contact anyone from AE and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in hopes that at least I may warn others before they lose money too I am willing to let the Revdex.com know that we have resolved our issues if I am able to access what was promised (ie Facebook group, Minecraft Server, Webinar access...) or a full refund."
