Called around to compare oil prices and the woman on the phone said as a new customer my first one was free! So of course I made an appointmentGot in and was told there was no way that was trueReceptionist admitted she said that, but the manager just said sorryHe apparently was going to give me free tire rotation and discount on the oilWith that I stayed AND it's not easy running errands with an infantI left being charged I feel like I was schemed into coming to your dealership when I could've gone somewhere else for cheaperI'm new to Dallas, I was north and going to Honda Cars of McKinneyWe love Honda carsI'd make the minute drive for their service and honestly any dayI'm offended that I was taken advantage of
TOP IT OFF- no car wash because it was broke, but the manager said I could come back and get one free of chargeWhy would I believe that?

*** *** and I met on Thursday, June 9th at 7AM at her house She requested us to add on to her driveway for additional parking The sealer we installed for her on 8/10/is intact She was
upset that we hadn't reached out to her We misunderstood the reason for her call as we do not start sealing until June (6/7/16) We reviewed her request for additional parking and we have applied to the city of Brooklyn Center for a variance as the requested area is non-conforming with city ordinances As of 6/13/we have not received an answer from the city I talked with *** *** on 6/13/and she is satisfied with all we are doing at this time.Sincerely,

*** and *** *** ordered driveway additions on 9/9/ We scheduled, then graded and based the additions on 9/26/ On 10/7/I met with ***
and we inspected the base We installed tons of base into these additions Over a square foot area this will average inches We dug cores out and teh base was adequate We completed the asphalt paving on 10/19/ On February 25th, Terry, our estimator, met with John *** pointed out some tire marking (shallow tread marks which are common in new pavement). I met with *** on 4/29/to inspect the marking There was no noticeable sinking and minor tire marks, again common to asphalt
Enclosed is a letter sent to the ***s on 4/ Within the letter we also state a year guarantee Also enclosed is our care and maintenance slip each customer receives with explanations At this time nothing warrants repairing much less replacing the driveway additions When and if further movement occurs we can reevaluate for possible service work

call to make appointments to meet with homeowners at their residence for free estimates on driveway work. We get the names and addresses through referrals and previous customers.
ASPHALT DRIVEWAY COMPANY CALLING POLICY
1. No more than 3 calls to any phone number in a 24 hour period.
2. Any request, demand to not call or to remove name from the calling list(including hang ups) is immediately honored.
3. All calls are to follow up:
a. Estimator was at residence and needs an appointment to meet with the owners for their estimate.
b. Previous customer: To follow up on condition of driveway and any additional services needed.
c. Mailings, flyers, referrals and crew leads.
d. Yellow pages, Val Paks, Driveway signs, vehicle signs or office signs.
4. All appointments need to have all home owners present. We DO NOT set appointments when the homeowners will not be present. Reset for a time when they can be there.
5. At no time will we tolerate harassing phone calls. Any evidence of such will result in immediate termination.
We are a service company and expect complete professionalism at all times. Policies are to be followed during your work shift and while on company property.

I had, and reported to the Bureau,a conversation I had with one of your "appointment setters" just the other day, who promised again to take me off of your list. He became aware that I had made a complaint to the Revdex.com and was polite to me. I had been pleased with that outcome but am not pleased with this response.

Obviously, your phone records and mine are not in agreement. I have a record of calls coming in as late as the last part of July and the first part of August. This leads me to believe that you are not following your own policy nor keeping accurate records.
A "salesman" calling and an "appointment setter" calling when there has been no request for an appointment is the same type of phone call. That wording is transparent and misleading. I doubt that anyone has referred me for anything for eight years running. If this address had work done by your company, it was prior to 2006.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have confirmed you are not on any of our lists and you have confirmed you have not received any more calls from us as of 8/26/2014.

I got a quote from them on a 2015 Honda Civic SE so we drove out there Saturday. When we got there that car had been sold. I had a prices already given to me for a 2016 civic so I asked if they could match it. I had the drive out price incl. taxes and ttl and everything. Everything was broken down in my email from the other dealership and the guy agreed to match it. So we waited 2 hours for the paperwork and the finance department. When we got ready to go to finance another guy came over to review the number and they were adding taxes and ttl to the agreed price. I said no the price you agreed to included the taxes already. He said he could not do the deal for that price. I am very disappointed that they had us there for 4 hours and at the end went back on that agreed to. I will not be doing business there in the future. I had to live Dallas and drive to Fort Worth. That is not true customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
