You can check my review that I'm about to post for Cosmo and his team on [redacted] as well I had such a good experience with Cosmo and his team that I did not even think twice about calling him back a second time the following year for a big project one oursIn 2015, as newbees, we read tons of reviews on [redacted] before deciding to choose Cosmo to perform work on our homeWe literally took a leap of faith based on reviews and are so glad we chose himCosmo installed a beautiful concrete patio across our front yard and perfect border between driveway and grass going down our drivewayWe loved it so much we agreed to have him take care of redoing our driveway for us as wellYou would not believe the amount of compliments we received on Cosmos workHe was so patient, friendly & hard workingOur work was literally, corner to corner perfectionCosmo was present on each day and ensured everything went as agreed toAny questions we had along the way or if we preferred things to be a different way, he was open, flexible and easy to work with and not frustrated at allWe are in loveSo much so that we called him again this year and he is actually in the midst of doing another two concrete patios in our backyard and extending our driveway for us as well as parging our front and back bottom of the houseHe takes pride in his work, him and his team practice professionalism and integrity and they leave you with a big smile on your faceI mean they are just so in tune with take care and putting their everything in their workI cannot understand the complaints because we have had only good work from themThey get it done well and efficiently so that you can enjoyI love them and they are my guysThanks Cos and team xx - Belmont

The completion of the job kept being delayed for one reason after another, and it was only when I came home after work did I discover that no work had been done that day, or other days The whole purpose of this job was to slope the front pad away from the house to avoid water damage The finished product still slopes away and doesn't match either the discussions or initial drawings and I was not consulted about any changes during the work The drainage covers were damaged during the work, covered in duct tape and are not level with the finished concrete, which would cause problems when shovelling When I mentioned this I was told to "JUST GRIND IT DOWN" To replace the covers or level them off should not be my responsibility!!!! The finished concrete has several pieces missing, and this was mentioned immediately upon me seeing the finished product the next day I received no apology, or any other acknowledgement of my concernsOverall, the quality of the work was terrible, the workers sloppy and completely inconsiderate of my neighbours or my property
