Mr. [redacted] has been very patient and we appreciate his patience and business and we regret that we weren't able to schedule an earlier time to discuss the matter. Review: We contracted Asphalt Maintenace to repave our driveway. Several weeks after completion we began noticing cracks in the asphalt. We have contacted Asphalt Maintenance approximately 7-8 times since June 2014 including one conversation with the owner at the local [redacted] and we have received very little communication and no action has been taken to resolve the issue. We did receive one voicemail message stating that Asphalt Maintenance would be out the week of October 13th, but to our knowledge that never happened. Our proposal from Asphalt Maintenance provides for a 1 year warranty on the work and we would like that honored as we are not satisfied with the quality of work that was done on our driveway.Desired Settlement: We would like Asphalt Maintenance to come out and fix the cracks/defects with our new driveway.

I would strongly advise that you do not use this company. They do not meet deadlines and the workers are very unsavory and foulmouth while on the job. The company makes promises they don't keep and apparently overextend their schedules.
