Asphalt Man

We paid $6250.00 for a recycled asphalt driveway. What they told us we would have and what we got was worlds apart. we had our driveway asphalted with recycled asphalt on June 13th ,2012.We were told it would harden up like a county road , for instance.It has in no way lived up to that representation of it . In fact it is quite messy in rain or winter.The person who represented this product was [redacted] paid him $6250.00 for this mess, by check. They told us it would take a year or so to pack down, we are still waiting for that promise.Desired SettlementWe would like either a refund,or to have our driveway repaved with regular asphalt ,not recycled.Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company; Mr. [redacted] states, that they do not guarantee millings and there is only a 30-day warranty on black-top. In addition, he states you cannot expect for millings to harden like hot mix asphalt. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Because his exact words to us were "it will harden up like a county road !
