My foreman went out and met with ** so he could show us the problems.  I responded back to him as follows:Hi **,After having my foreman come out and meet with
you so you could show him your issues we will cut out the area in the driveway
and fix that area and then in the Spring by the end...

of May 2016 we will fix
where the driveway meets the street and sealcoat the driveway to fix the
issues.  I would seal it now but it is too cold at night now and it will be
better to fix the area in the driveway and let that sit to cure before sealing
anyways.  This will correct the problem and I will have it on my schedule to fix
