She contracted with us to seal her driveway We filled the hairline cracks a total of different times She expects not to see them, which is impossible Crack-filler does not hide the cracks We try and satisfy every customer but there is nothing more we can do

weather breaks in the Spring.

We paved Mr. [redacted]'s driveway by hand because the gate we needed to pass thru was to narrow to get our spreader box thru.  Even though we had to pave the drive by hand it turned out very well.  There are no rough spots, as we applied an asphalt emulsion seal to smooth these areas out at...

no cost to the customer.  He does have a small puddle on the drive after it rains but its so thin its gone after 30 minutes. He is upset because we were unable to use the spreader box, so he thinks his job is compromised. Which using or not using the spreader box has no affect on the finished product.  The spreader box allows us to lay more asphalt at a faster rate which cuts our labor expense.  Also we have always been professional from start to finish, we have answered every call or returned his calls, always being polite.  His job is good and will last 15 years.  There is nothing more we can do.Thanks,[redacted]

This company is terrible in every conceivable way. Initially, Dave (one of the owners) came to provide an estimate for a circle driveway and explained the job would take no more than 3 days. After signing their bid and requesting the begin work, I did not hear from anyone for almost 3 weeks. After calling the main office multiple times, I finally received a return call indicated work would commence "in the next couple days". Two weeks later, the contractor showed up to dig out the area. After digging, nobody showed up for almost a month to pour the asphalt. I called Dave more than five times without receiving a return phone call. While pouring the asphalt, their contractors appear to only work for 3 or 4 hours a days, as they had to come back several times to finish the job. As a result, there are unsightly seams in several locations. Ultimately, the job that was supposed to take 3 days took almost 3 months.

To make matters worse, when the invoice came, it was over $1,000 (more than 10% of the overall cost) more than their bid.

Unfortunately, I cannot say one positive thing about this company. They were unresponsive, dishonest and did very poor work.

Our experience with this company included a very courteous and helpful office staff. Nevertheless, the office did seem to be somewhat disorganized, and after submitting a contract for a driveway to be repaired, we were unable to schedule the work in a timely fashion. We tried multiple times over several days to get in touch with the person who would schedule the work, but never received a call back. We finally had to cancel the work with this company.

One of my worst experiences with any company. When we first signed the contract, they told us there was a 2-week delay. We waited for a few weeks and heard nothing. Hubby called and the secretary had zero information, so told us that someone would call. We waited for a few days and nobody did. Hubby called again. Finally someone called back and quoted us another 2-week time frame.

We waited another 2 weeks and still heard nothing. We called again. Finally we heard from the project manager saying he would be out the following week. The next week he emailed citing the rain as a reason the driveway remained unfinished. Hubby emailed back asking for a more firm date of completion, and then received a phone call giving a definite date. The project manager also said he would call if any problems arose to prevent completion.

On the day that was quoted to us, we had a friend keep an eye on the house to see how the work was going. Nobody was there. No work was being done. The next day hubby called the project manager wondering why we waited 2 months to have nothing done, and why there was no phone call about the lack of work. He immediately became highly defensive saying he didn't want to bother us on vacation but that there was some rain in the past month and there were other companies he had to finish first, etc etc.
So many reasons why we didn't matter and still couldn't have a paved driveway for over 2 months.

After hearing him refuse to take any responsibility, my husband stated that he just wanted somebody to pave our driveway. His response? "So do you just want me to take you off the list?" Instead of actually doing the work even after 2 months, he volunteered to cancel our contract.

TL;DR-- Little to no communication. Had to call so many times to get any response.
Didn't pave even though we waited 2 months.
Made excuses and scheduled bigger companies before us just so they could make more $$$.
Didn't take any responsibility for the work and offered to cancel our contract when we said we wanted the job done.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
