#The Chicago Pneumatic roller that is in question was delivered to our *** **yard on May at 8;15am by two employees of *** Paving
sans-serif;"> That went over the problems and repairs of above mentioned machine, instructed us repair the broken fuel pump, and that the vibratory system was also not working, and had not worked since the machine was purchased from *** Machinery, which means that all the projects that this machine was used to compact hot mix properly the jobs where not completed properly, with the vibratory system not functioning properly the jobs where not installed correctly.We where also instructed to complete a complete service on the machine, oil change, all filtersThere where NO mention of to do one thing and not to do anything#Since Asphalt Paving Equipment and Supplies Inc is NOT the Authorized Chicago Pneumatic dealer in Delaware, we called the manufacturer with questions about the problems with the machine, will any of this work be covered by the factory warranty ? The lady that we spoke with at C/P had a few questions that we could not answer, when was the machine purchased from *** Machinery, and also need was when was the machine put into service ? Our mechanic left numerous messages on Mr*** cell phone, and after (3) days our mechanic and Mr*** spoke, and he was informed about the questions that we needed answers to and we where told that Mr*** needed to contact his Accountant and he would get back in touch with us, he did inform our mechanic to fix what ever need to be repaired because he DID NOT want to take the machine back to *** Machinery for the work that needed to be done because to quote him they where to far awayAfter (4) more attempts to contact the owner with no returned calls to inform him that there where some other problems with this machine, the throttle cable was in replaced, and the throttle linkage was repairedThere was NO communication with the owner until the machine was completedThe machine was picked up by one of the employees that dropped of the machine, and paid for all the necessary repairs#Later during the day that the machine was picked up, the owner called us, screaming and yelling, using profanity, telling me that he was going to tell all of his friends that we where Thieves, and he verbal threats to me on a personal levelI took it upon myself later in the day to contact Mr***, left a message, and later in the business day he did return my phone call, I told him that I could not meet with him that day because I was in Sussex County at our other location, and if he wanted to come in the next day I would be happy to discuss this situation, and also informed Mr*** that the only thing that the Manufacturer would cover under warranty was the replacement if the fuel pump and that was $237.50, and we did not charge labor to Mr*** to replace this Item? #We have not heard anything from the owner, and we are more than willing to discuss this issue in a civil manner, all he needs to do is come in and see me *** ***

Review: I dropped a 10 month old CP Dynapac roller off to have serviced and to have a couple warranty problems fixed because this company said they are the Dynapac dealer for area.And I received a call a few days later that they needed info from the dealer that I bought the roller from for them parts to be covered under warranty .So I told them I would get back with them and don't do any work till I get back with you.After a few days later I received a call my roller was done,so I thought since I told them not to do it till I call back, I thought that it was just covered under warranty and they resolved the warranty issues by the serial number being on it and they would just charge me for the service which should of been around $500 at the high end.Long behold my worker went to pick it up and I got a bill charged to my credit card for$ 3300 and some dollars.When I called to dispute they said I called you and you never answered so we just done the work.So I called [redacted] where I bought the roller and they said every part should have been free and I should have been only charged for the service because Dynapac has a One Year Warranty on all new Rollers.So I called Owner [redacted] and at First he was being a Jerk and said when your guys dropped it off they said Just fix it but that was not true and we spoke several times after.So I said I'm calling my lawyer and he called me back the next day and said he was sorry and he tried to knock off 200.00 off bill and then I said that still isn't fair the parts were under warranty and he said he was really sorry he is opening another shop down in Harbeson De and he was busy and would call me tomorrow and that was over 10 days agoDesired Settlement: First I would like to be fully reimbursed for the extra repairs that I never approved Labor and Materials.And I will be satisfied
