In reference to complaint ID [redacted] , your letter containing message from business, dated September 15, The "urgency" factor was introduced by the company's representative when I first contacted him by phoneHe emphasized it again when he made the inspection of the problem My objection was to his proposal to try the sealing process before repairs were made The company's response is vague as to how the "fix" is to be accomplishedIs the work to be done as per contract: To remove and replace the asphalt in front of the garage? The company's response says that they will honor the warranty when the schedule allowsWhat priority will I be assigned in the work schedule? Will I be given any preference as a residential client? How will I be notified when the work is to be done? I believe my complaint should remain open until corrective action is taken -- which has been assured to take place in the spring, I assume, of next year,
