I am writing to complain Aspire at Discovery Park .
My name is Kevin T and I was a student at *** since Aug. 2018. For my college stay, I signed one year rental lease with Aspire at Discovery Park apartment starting Aug. 2019. Unfortunately
I received a dropout notice from *** at the end of the fall semester 2019 due to poor academic performance. Therefor I am not able to attend the college for the spring semester 2020. My dad had a conversation with the rental office manager of Aspire at Discovery Park on Jan. 13th, 2020 and let her know my situation. The reason for termination of the lease is that I can’t attend the college, which is beyond my control. The manager expressed her sympathy to my circumstance and let us fill a form to state the reason to terminate the rental contract. But the rental office refused to consider my request.
According to ***’s housing police, if you drop out the school and your housing contract will be cancelled without extra-charge.
In addition, according to Ind***’s law, it is landlord’s duty to find a new tenant. I have 6 month left on the rental lease. Aspire rental office never mentions they will help me to find a new tenant. We hope Revdex.com can help me to solve this problem.

We had you complete our reasonable accommodation form, Which went through our approval process. This request for reasonable accommodation was denied.
As discussed, you have been added to our re-letting list, and if someone is interested in taking over your space, we will let you know. But it is the tenants' responsibility to fill their spot.

As a student I do not have the money to pay the rent, and I should not have to pay the rent off if I am not living there anymore.
