Aspire Down Under

As newlyweds, we wanted to have an extraordinary honeymoon in Auntralia. Aspire Down Under helped us to do just that. Our travel agent Joanne walked us through all the actives we were interested in day by day while staying within our budget. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved our honeymoon and we highly recommend Aspire Down Under.

Shelby did a great job in helping us plan our honeymoon for us. She asked us to start our budget and our desired destination, then proceeded to ask us about our preferences on what we like to do/what we want to do on our trip. She took all of that down and then proceeded to get us the best package we could, along with quality hotels and quality excursions. The best thing about it all, was that we were a bit scared of our transportation services not being prompt or on time, or even showing up, but it was perfect, they all showed up 5 minutes early, and we had no issues with anything. My wife and I both agree, this was a trip of a lifetime, and she definitely made it happen. Thank you Aspire Down Under and Shelby for such a great trip!

Our recent family trip (4 of us two teens) to Australia was planned to perfection. The accommodations, excursions and were spot on. We visited Sydney, Ayers Rock, Cairns, (Port Douglas our favorite) and a bit on the Gold Coast, It was so non stressful having all the information, transfers, flights planned and all of it went off without a hitch. We snorkeled and scuba'd on the great barrier reef, we jungle surfed in the Daintree rain forest. We explored the blue mountains. Shelley M[redacted], was extremely helpful and professional. I recently had the opportunity to plan a trip to Australia to visit my daughter who is a student at The University of New South Wales in Sydney. Meetings for our preliminary plans were very easy to schedule, and all phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and efficiently. It was in August when my husband & I traveled to Australia to celebrate my 60th bday and scuba in GBR, in lieu of a big party. I didn't know how to plan trip and called 3 tour providers. I decided to book through ADU and worked closely with Joanne M[redacted]. She was the most helpful and promptly responsive from the onset. We agreed on cities to visit considering the 2-wk off we have from work and chose city (SYD), outback (ULU) and reef (CAIRNS). JM provided us a very organized, detailed, efficient trip! Our hotel rooms were clean, quiet, high up w/ view of city or water. We enjoyed all our excursions-- on bike & cruise in SYD, rail & cable car in Cairns AND our 4-nt live aboard yatch in GBR for scuba! Had lovely surprises to celebrate 60th too-- red wine in ULU, big slice of strawberry shortcake in Blue Mts, muffin with candle during breakfast Uluru Mts & sparkling wine in Cairns-- all a very nice touch! My husband and I recently returned from our Australia holiday arranged by Aspire Down Under and would highly recommend this group if you are considering visiting there. Our trip included all transportation, transfers, tours, etc for Port Douglas, Sydney and Melbourne. The accommodations were beyond my expectations, the travel arrangements were well thought out including direct flights, convenient times and good seating on all flights and the tours were great. This trip to Australia was my first under the auspices of Aspire Down Under. The previous two trips were parts of cruises. This recent trip, planned with the meticulous help of Shelley M[redacted], was superb. Because of [redacted], I use a collapsible wheelchair, which Shelley took into consideration in her planning. The airlines, limousine services, tours, hotels , and guides were exceptional. We went on a half-day tour of the beautiful city of Sydney and on a dinner cruise that evening. Very memorable was the all-day private tour of the Blue Mountains, which included a cable ride over the rainforest and a boardwalk journey through a portion of the site. Our stay at Ayers Rock was educational and enjoyable--the dinner under the stars and the daytime tour of Uluru. To cap this trip was our stay in Port Marshal in the attractive, restful [redacted]. While there we took a helicopter flight over the rainforest and the Ultimate Reef.

I had a wonderful experience with Sharon at Aspire. After performing some research on flights, hotels, and tours on my own, I decided to see if there were any tour companies that specialized in where we wanted to go in the South Pacific. Aspire had great reviews. I called to get a quote, and it was surprisingly cheaper (and less stressful) than booking everything on my own. Sharon asked great questions to get an idea of our needs, budget, and interests. She was professional, courteous, and patient. We enjoyed the trip immensely, and would definitely use Aspire again!
