My $1357 contribution on November XX XXXX has not posted to my account.
Account #XXXXXX. Case #XXXXXXXX
November 26, 2019 my contributions was to be posted on my account and it is still not showing as of December 20, 2019. The check has been cleared and was confirmed by service rep Noselyn on December 17, 2019. He confirmed that my case was escalated with "contributions" but I have not heard back with a response. This is the 2nd time in a year this has happened.
Post my funds to accounts with back interest on investments from November 26, 2019. This should be more than $1357.
Complaint has been resolved.
AWFUL Customer service. We've been working with them for the past 3 years and their customer service for clients AND for financial advisors is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately we have to work with them on a daily basis and in almost EVERY interaction the customer service representatives are rude, uninformed, and argumentative. When they inevitably cannot help you they say that they will call you back after they speak with a supervisor but in the end they never do. When you call their extension either they give you the incorrect extension number so they don't have to deal with the issue OR they NEVER return your voicemails. The lack of care that they place on their clients is despicable and disturbing. There is no accountability or follow through and luckily most of our clients don't have direct interaction with this firm.
