Aspire Gettysburg Hotel

I booked 4 rooms and one of the rooms the door would not lock waited to get battery fixed all good nope went to dinner came back the door would not open me or my family, four children one is 6 months old waiting in the hallway outside of my door for 30 plus minutes while the maintenance guy tried to open our door with a piece of wire then you thought that would be enough for the day but no once we did get in the toilet was broken now the thing wouldn't flush so I called Waited and nobody showed up so I had to fix the thing myself. I pulled out the couch bed so my children could finally go to sleep yet more issues the bed rails on the frame which holds a bed completely broken off the foot of the couch bed was literally sitting on the floor I had to prop up the foot with the couch cushions then I also notice nasty dirty underwear socks bags of chips trash ect are plainly sitting right there. So I call and explain my concerns and ask for just 1 of the 4 rooms refund which I only cost $80 they would only do 20%. When I spoke with maintenance guy who was the second guy to fix my door, he plainly said out of his own mouth at the people/GM who is running the place could care less about the place if the staff is claiming this and now I can plainly see and agree. So I called and spoke to a operator of the hotel at 11 o'clock to explain all the issues he said that they have been trying to replace the furniture for about a year now and he chuckled on the phone when he said it.
