I am rejecting this response because: Tyler called from the dealership on 3/and offered to have the car repaired or refund the warranty We told him we wanted to get the car fixed He said he would run over to service to see when he could get us scheduled and give us a call right back We never heard back and that was days ago I left a message for him this morning but still no call back Since today is the last day to respond to the Revdex.com, unfortunately I have to say the matter remains unresolved

refund on the purchase of the product to ensure a great resolution on both ends with either option to make sure the client is happy. Spoke with the wife at 9:54 am 03/30/2016 to go over these options. We are working with them to resolve any outstanding issues and they have my cell phone number for direct contact.

It was communicated upfront that this is an out of state transaction and that he would be responsible for all licensing. In the state of Washington you can receive a 45 day temporary permit to drive your vehicle until the financial institution can finish their end of the title work. The...
vehicle was leased, which means that BMW Financial will receive a California title and send the appropriate documentation to the Washington State DMV for licensing.
There will be no distribution of any funds from Coast BMW as the licensing are the responsibility of the purchaser and NOT the Dealer on a out of state transaction.
