Only work with this company if you have not other choose I called them and ask about a few of their policy and procedures related to how my account will be transferred from my current lender to them Once I got an answer I ask for it in writing I was flatly and rudely told NO After fighting with them for several hours, I almost I gave up and went to my bank and took out a person loan(much higher interest) to pay of my student loan They never made it right, instead they just wore me down with hold time and the run around I honestly believe they saw me as just money and that it did not matter what they did because I had no choice but to deal with it
