My name is ***l and I am the owner of Aspiring Dreams Wedding & Event Planner, (a Home based Business) Mrs *** Is unsatisfied because my response time through the holidays and my Tragic Events that have happened to my family and also the Death of some members in my family I have
not made business my number priority recently because I do also have a family, and things do happen. I have e-mailed and responded to *** *** in regards several times and when the conversation becomes unprofessional as she has made it I try to not response to the emailsHowever I have informed her that in email that her refund will be sent out to her with in 8-weeks due to the holidaysI will be refunded her money as requested as soon as I have that opportunity to do so.In regard to the Bridal Show I did cancel because in October there were several Vendors which were on board saying they were sending out the payments for the show and the Friday before the show I had only received payments, In consideration with the clients/Vendors I have rescheduled the show and sending out the edited contracts for the vendors who had already paid so they still have what is promised to them and it was not a waste of their moneyI considered the vendors for this rescheduled dateI am not sure what is going on with her end but as I told *** ***, her refund will be mailed after the holidaysSo with the 8-weeks the refund will be mailed out in the mail by the 2nd week of February No way shape Fashion or form did I tell her she was not getting her refund. Thank you for your time***
