Review: This is a day care owned and operated by [redacted]. My daughter attended from April 2012 - August 2012. I do not have a receipt and the business EIN for income tax purposes. When I requested the information, she stated she would check with her accountant and that the business has since closed. She also added that an audit may be triggered. I waited and requested the information again. She never responded.Desired Settlement: I want the information I requested.
