Well when they finally returned they gathered the brush along chipping up limbs & brush also. This left a huge mess on my roadside which was maintained & kept where could be cut with a finishing mower &always had since1984.
Also I had a planter, a large plant at the side of my drive.I ask before & after putting this up if it was in the way anyhow. I had several different employees to assure me it wasn't. While they were
getting the brush for some reason they got in my drive & not only knocked over my plant & planter but continued to smash it to pieces. They had to see this, I was home but no one said anything.Since this time I have had almost 10 different employees say that they shouldn't hit it .
Also I've been told by many different boss men that I would be compensated for my property. Almost 2 years later still nothing. I've been told that the roadside would be cleaned where it can be cut as always, told I would be paid for my property along with all saying there was no reason this happened. To this day nothing. I tried & did clean up some of the mess but after having a spell with my heart I can't
further. You barely can walk from all the stuff left. Now the grass is really high which makes my property look awful, all sorts of animals can be in there since we have seen snakes there where they never have been before. I'm being treated asit doesn't matter _ every foreman says something different but never acts on anything. The last foreman said it would be hard to get my money & I even told him if we could
agree on planters they could do that. Still nothing from anyone. No cleaning & mowing of my roadway as told, no payment for planter & plant. Nothing. I feel as though they think I'ma woman I don't matter but I do. As of now they owe me 200.00 for what they destroyed for no reason & clean up the chips, branches,& everything else left in the way I'm on disability & can't pay for this to be made right as before since I didn't destroy it. Really thought this company was better than this & would right their wrong but I was wrong. I know they have other stuff to do but after almost 2.years enough is enough. I want my money to replace my property & my property returned to the condition they found it before. We have never had this problem at all with them & moved in in1984
I expect my land returned to where you could walk & mow it without any problems doing it. Neither of my neighbors or any home in my road or any roads around us has any kind of mess like this made much less left behind. I would have never thought I would have been treated this way. After all if it wasn't for customers like myself they would have no job at all to do. Also no a days there are plenty of people who need a job. These people act as though they don't need the job or don't care if they keep their word or the job Help me have this problem solved..

Per our conversation there appears to be misunderstanding regarding remaining work to be completed. Our representatives explained to the customer that we would be returning to complete the work (which we did today). Should there be any property damage we will resolve that with the property owner. As...
I explained there is not a transaction between us and the property owner as we are directly contracted with the utility company (AEP/APCO). Property owners who feel that they have a claim should report it directly to APCO using their call center number ([redacted]). At that point APCO enters the claim into their system and follows up with their contractors to ensure there is proper resolution.
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My husband just discovered that pile of pine logs is sitting on top of our septic tank. They really need to be removed with care. Orange cone is on lid of septic tankRegards,

[redacted],
With respect to your letter dated [redacted] I submit the following response. The patient stated that when given her prescription on [redacted] she was not given her cylinder and axis numbers to which she is...
entitled to . The reason that there are no numbers is that she does not have [redacted] therefore there are NO cylinder and axis numbers in her glasses prescription . She was given her FULL glasses prescription when requested. When she called the office the secretary was talking about PD numbers and NOT cylinder and axis numbers .In summary she received a full eye examination on [redacted] and a complete prescription for glasses was given to her when she requested with NOTHING omitted . Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/08/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They explained it a lot better now then when I called them. Thank You for the help.
They show up a 6:45 am on a Sunday 9/8/13 and start cutting using chainsaws when people are trying to rest and sleep. This company starts work using chainsaws and waking up my wife and the whole house. this tree company, [redacted] has no compassion for their fellow people. We has to endure this noise for 3 hours. Sunday is a day of rest and relaxation, we work hard and should be have this day of rest. Company like this is a disgrace, and have no reguards to noise they produce.Desired SettlementI would like our rest and sleep back, an apology for the disturbing the peace.
