Asplundh Tree Expert Company

West Penn Power Company contracted Asplundh to undertake tree trimming in proximity to the electrical lines on my property situated at Tarrtown Rd, Adrian, PA-near (kittanning PA). During their time on-site, several workers and the teenagers holding the stop signs were heard using inappropriate language. The majority of their hours appeared to be consumed by idle conversations and sitting in company trucks. It is my estimation that, within an eight- hour shift, they contributed to a few of work-trimming a few small trees. Such inefficiency and lazy workers contributes to the elevated cost of electric bills.
