This facility is always out of ratioUnder staffed, unprofessional , unorganized and most of the staff are rude yelling at children from the hallway across the classroomWhen you bring an issue to their attention they encourage or suggest you take your child elsewhereThere's hardly ever staff at the front desk monitoring the coming and going of parents , children and anyone else walking through the doorWondering children without supervision in the hallway
My experience was not good. From the time I had called to talk about marketing my brand to me hanging up the phone, it was not a good experience. The owner said she could help me but she came off as very arrogant, very high prices, and she was not a very nice person. I believe her name was [redacted]. Anyways, you should definitely look elsewhere for a marketing company. I hope this helps.
This review is regarding the Avondale/Tolleson location. First when you walk in you cannot help
to notice the awful smell and the bottle neck of people entering and exiting the facility.My child had his first experience with violence here. My child would come home with scratches on his face everyday. I told him to tell the teacher but they never did anything. We would bring up this concern and they claim the unknown. After withdrawing my child he never was the same at other day cares. Unfortunately my child has feels he has to take matters in his own hands when he feels the teacher ignores him and we have to keep coaching him to keep telling the teacher. After a year I re enrolled him I paid tuition up front and they suspended my child for 3 days. I think it's unfair treatment when the others that help cause this will continue to attend. My child is in a cleaner place.
