ASR has noticed that you have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the paint issue on your car.

After receiving your email in June with a...

copy of the estimate to repair, it was ASR's intention to rectify the situation. There was simply confusion in our office who would handle the paperwork and it fell through the cracks.
Under these circumstances, and on condition, ASR is asking that you please remove the complaint at the Revdex.com and the check will be mailed promptly.

Attached is a copy of the check that will be mailed to you. Please email us your full address and after complaint is removed the check will be mailed. Thank you.

This issue has now taken over a year to resolve. I have believed the company when they have said that they were working on it and they have failed to do so. I will have no problem taking the complaint off once I receive the check but not before then. The copy of the check already has void written on it and I don't believe that you will send the check out. If you don't want to send the check before I take the complaint off then I will see you in court and I will make sure that this complaint will stay as unresolved.

Dear Mrs. [redacted] - The security measures for our corporate checks always show void when photo copied. The year long delay has not been entirely ASR's fault. It took several months for you to get the appropriate bids for car repair. Never the less, we will mail the check today and will remain hopeful you will remove the complaint in a timely manner. We will send check out today via certified mail for confirmation of receipt.

ASR stayed true to their word and they sent me a check for the full amount so that I can get the paint off my car.
