Got into a screaming match with me on the phone while I was on the bus racing back and forth to help them because I said we weren't paying more per hour if they're half the reasonable speedThe movers were sloppy, slow, chucked our fragile boxes, and let items flop sidewaysBroke our lamp and pieces of furniture have damageRipped a hole in our leather couch [redacted]

This is not a company you want to deal with, they will damage your items and your home They will quote you 65% of the final bill and will take times as long to do the job Save yourself the trouble and stay away from themThere is a reason you don't have to book them in advance

On August 10, 2017, we hired this moving company to move us When I spoke to them on the telephone they were very polite, professional and I thought I had made a good choice They quoted me a good price, $1800, which was better than some of the others and so I decided to hire them When they arrived the house we showed them everything that had to be moved and they did not have an issue with anything Then once the move commenced,the movers became unprofessional, [redacted] and very uncooperative They were walking slowly, taking their time talking to one another and on the telephone and ignoring instructionsThey refused to take a lot of things from our old home to our new home They did not wrap things properly as promised and they threw a lot of personal property on the ground, instead of placing it gently in it's place I complained to the manager and he said he would speak with them Even after speaking with them, their attitude did not change They overcharged us, even though

ASR Movers came to our rescueNick was such a great helpWe submitted request for movers through the *** website to move from Quebec to OntarioWe picked what seemed the bestWe confirmed verbally and in writing to *** and paid $depositWe received a receipt for that deposit but no email confirmation of pick up dayI emailed and later I called to repeat all the information, another verbal confirmationA day before the pick up date someone called to confirm but the caller is from another companyInterestingly, this company provided the same quote details but registered under a different nameI picked *** over this one as they called me twice for my business
Pick up date arrived and no one turned up from *** within the time frame stated verballyI emailed and calledI was never given a name and number to keep me in the loopBy 7:30pm no one called from ***, so I googled and called many companiesSeveral of them with sales team that are still working told me they had to help other clients after *** tooUnfortunately none of them could come the next day, and I cannot delay my move any furtherWe were supposed to move tomorrow as someone is already moving in the day after that, so our landlord cannot accommodate usLuckily, I found this company, ASR MovingNick was still working, took down my details, and he confirmed he could helpHe said he will email me when he reach home as he was about to leave the officeYes, he emailed me the quote and sorted it all from his homeThe next morning, he gave me the name and phone number of the driver who called me to keep me up to dateAs promised by Nick, his truck and driver cameSo, in the end thanks to Nick and his company ASR Movers, our move was only delayed by several hours instead of days
Nick kept my things in storage for the duration I needed and delivered my things safely, placing them where we wanted in the new houseOne small loose item was left in the truck accidentally but his people delivered it soonestOther than the email receipt I am waiting from Nick, all went wellI am happy with their services and thankful they came to our rescue

We hired ASR movers to help us with the move from *** *** street, Mississauga to *** *** St W Toronto on March 3, I had several problems with ASR that day
It was a Jrbedroom apartmentI was told the move out would take 1hr so I booked the move out elevators from 12-to be safe and move in 3-It took them almost hrs to move my things outThey were being very slow and ***
I waited for them at *** *** but they were no where to be foundWe missed the 3-elevator slot due to their latenessWhen we finally found them they were at a *** *** having a coffee and claimed they couldn't find the building entrance
We finally opened the truck and nothing was securedAll my furniture and boxes looked like there were flying around in the back of the truckI have photosThey broke my couch, lamp and a bag, not to mention so many glasswares such as cups, mugs and framesI have pictures of this too

I Hired Asr Moving Systems to move my Bedroom House from Mississauga to Brampton I am very happy with their services and I recommend Asr to everyone Nick and his team was excellent and they made it look very easy and smoothBest Moving experience I ever hadThanks

Their moving van parked their foot truck on my property while moving furniture into my neighbour s house, damaged my walkway and refused to move the truck

On April 1st 2017, I hired ASR Movers (movers in total) to help me move from Markham to WhitbyThey arrived minutes late from the agreed upon time at 9:00amI let it slide, and the movers began loading the truckThe movers arrived at our newly built house in Whitby, and the driver (***) backed the truck into my new house, damaging the aluminium eavesthrough*** and didn't say a word, did not apologizeI immediately called the *** the person from the company who deals with bookingsHe assured me that they will deal with this through their company's insurance and will give me a call on April 2ndThe driver then asked me for the money for the move - at this point, they have not even unloaded my items from the truckI was upset and asked how they expect me to pay, if they unloading is not complete - how can they know how long the unloading will take since i'm paying an hourly rateI called *** again, and told him that he misled me, and that he origi

This is not a company you want to deal with, they will damage your items and your home.
They will quote you 65% of the final bill and will take 3 times as long to do the job.

Save yourself the trouble and stay away from them. There is a reason you don't have to book them in advance.
