Assent Mortgage

I received a totally automated ROBOCALL with spoofed phone number and interactive robot. It acted like a human to qualify me for a mortgage then passed me directly to LendBee agent. I am on the DoNotCall list and told the agent my objections. He hung up. Do NOT use this company or you will be doing business with a company that pays for robocalls!

I have been on the national DO NOT CALL registry for over a year and have also registered on the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) consumer website: www.DMAchoice.org to stop receiving unsolicited mail and email, yet I received an offer from this company trying to persuade me to refinance my home. I DO NOT want to refinance my home, nor do I want anymore solicitations from this company. I even had to pay a fee to register at www.DMAchoice.org. Please ask this company to remove my name from any and all address lists or I will have no choice but to contact the state Attorney General's office and file a complaint. Thank you.

Horrible experience with this place. The original guy that started the loan for me took $700 for a appraisal which is extremely high. Then all of the sudden silence for atleast a couple weeks. I called back out of curiosity to see what was going on and another guy answered and said he was no longer with them and was taking over which was kinda weird for me. He did apologize for the delay and said if the loan didn't go through he would get me a refund for the appraisal cause of the delay and mishandling of my file. Needless to say he couldn't get my loan approved and said I would have to talk to his boss about the refund that he had already got approved by him. I emailed and called his boss and nothing for a week. Tried to call the second guy back and nothing all the sudden. Finally I tried one last time and someone else picked up the phone he said he was the CEO and he had fired the second guy to. He said he would work something out with me would get back to me. Haven't heard anything back from him for weeks and they are ignoring my phone calls and emails. Any suggestions.

Nasty person called me about refinancing my mortgage. After I told her I was not interested she continued on and after she took a breath and told her not to call me anymore and she said "thanks for wasting my time and going into my lunch break" then hung up. I would never work with this company

Terrible experience. Reps keep calling even when you tell them to put you on a Do Not Call list. Company is either terribly run and they can’t implement something as simple as an Opt Out List or they are intentionally malevolent. I used LendingTree who sold my info to LendBee. On top of the terrible customer experience, their rates were not competitive.

Breanna N a loan officer spoke with me about a home loan requested my tax transcripts and never contacted me after that I left several messages and emails, nothing! I started to fear this was a scam, very unprofessional

Chris *** of Assent , a loan officer will not transfer my FHA number to my new bank whom I'm dealing with now. He hung up the phone on me because I did not want to use his company all over again. I did not tell him that I was going to use his company in 2018. He is mad now because i'm using another company.

Kashy *** (Loan Officer) was more informative than anyone I spoke to at any other lending company. He was patient with my incessant questions and really went above and beyond to help. I will ABSOLUTELY use Kashy again, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a home loan or refi.

I was contacted the very next day after an inquiry about a refinance with cash out of $30,000.- online. The fabulous customer service and respect, I received through Assent, branch office 900, was very uplifting, especially for me being a widow. I'll recommend Hugo and Miguel to all my friends, especially to those, who are intimidated tackling refinances! Thank you Hugo and Miguel from the bottom of my heart! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! Respectfully
