We brought an overpriced 40 gal gas hot water heater on 7/02/2009 for $1,124.50. On 9/27/2014 the hot water heater died. On that date we called to get service from ASI and they said they no longer service gas hot water heater but they would put a new one in? We believe our hot water heater was still under warranty but they didn't seem to care. Also ASI's Home Page on their website says that their Revdex.com Rating is A+ and your site says that they are not accredited? False advertising?? Perhaps!!!
