Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went back to assessment and treatment associates to have them add to my evaluation that I lost my jobIt was not a re-evaluationI was surprised to find that they intended to charge me an additional $since this was not a new evaluationOn top of that my lawyer and my treatment facility never received a copy of the updated evaluationSincerely, [redacted] ***

I was surprised to find that they intended to charge me an additional  $195 since this was not a new evaluation.
