The said deck built by asset was totally wrong and substandardThey were contacted several times about their work and each time we had to wait for him to come and address the problem. His excuse was he was out of town or his crew did not show.Although he did not purchase the material he did go to *** *** and pick out everything he said,he required to build the porch and was paid for his labor.I have pictures and video of the porch and of water coming in over the window where porch was built.that being said, the pictures will show that said porch was not level and had to be jacked up,this resulted in anchors pulling brick and mortar out.The tuck pointing mentioned should have been done by him as he put rim boards into the holes left by previous porch, also I asked for a permit and contract which he never produced. This company works with a inexperienced want to be contractor and unlicensed or certified workers. The porch and all landscaping is, as he left it,if anyone wants to see it.*** contacted me on 1/with a offer of $to settle the dispute which he said I would get on 1/I did not respond to the offer until 1/6,when I texted him, and said that we would accept his offer if he would put up some type of flashing to divert the rain waterHis response was his lawyer would be contacting me for libel and slander,I would like to resolve this without going to court but if this is what he wants, then I have no choice but to pursue this course of action
