Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The item was sent to a third party after vision strike sent a mailing label via USPS. Apparently their client is giving them information which they failed to properly verify. This, in my opinion, is poor business practice and justifies my complaint. A complaint has also been filed against vision strike.Sincerely,*** ***

This complaint is filed incorrectly and on the wrong company This should be filed against the original creditor, Vision Strike Wear, NOT my Company, Asset Collections Inc
Vision Strike Wear is the original creditor, who explained the situation a little different than ***
*** has When Vision Strike Wear originally placed this debt in collections on Jan-19th The customer, *** ***, ordered product-(Sweatshirt) from Vision Strike Wear There was a mix up on the clients side, and I understand, another customers product was shipped to Mr *** *** by accident Both customers were notified immediately and both were asked to return their items, they were given a pre-paid return label to do so, however the product has NOT been returned
The client then shipped *** *** the correct product, however he did NOT return the other customers items, therefore he owes the balance due, because he's kept the product and refused to return the Items which were shipped incorrectly Since Mr *** *** did not return the items as instructed, it's caused Vision Strike Wear administrative expense per his terms and conditions The order Mr *** *** received was well over 120.00, while his original order was only After several attempts to work out the situation, Vision Strike Wear then contacted my office (Asset Collections Inc) and placed the customer in collections
We sent a letter to the debtor, giving him days to dispute the debt, advising the account was now placed in collections My staff then called, left messages on voice mail times over a day period He was contacted by phone on Jan 19th, and again on Jan 23rd In NO way does this constitute Harassment as *** *** has claimed....*** *** has been contacted as the collection laws allow There has been absolutely NO harassment from my office at all, in fact we have never spoken directly to *** ***, we've only received this email complaint from the Revdex.com The account was placed in collections on Jan 19th My staff has made only contacts via phone, and left message on voice mail for the customer to "PLEASE" call, in regards to the case # listed We then receive this complaint
Please remove this complaint from my companies profile, and post it to the correct company, Vision Strike Wear
