Alternative Collections, agent name Colleen, called third party with same last name as mine, and disclosed the debt collection without my knowledge or consent in violation of FCRA.
Hello Ms *** , Alternative Collections LLC has acknowledged receipt of your complaint / voicemail , and has taken the necessary steps to complete the desired settlement . All phone numbers associated with your account have been removed . The account in question has been placed in a Cease and Desist status and the Creditor has been notified . A Collection notice was issued prior to your written and verbal request . Correspondence was sent to *** on 2-13-2020 .
