We spoke with *** *** Friday June 19, 2015, she responded due to her past due bill that went to collections due to no response
The conversation was very polite and pleasant
Mrs*** was very friendly and informal
She informed our office that she is currently out of the state assisting her motherMrs*** asked when did the payment get mailed out
out, our office informed April of (we only bill after claimant receives their check, then we are able to bill and close out the aged account)
Mrs*** informed since she is out of state, it's a great possibility the payment arrived after she left the stateShe stated she will call her husband to check their mail to verify the check has arrived before submitting a payment
After hearing she was going to do some research, we informed her we would immediately take her account out of collections to give her time to communicate with her husband
She was very appreciative for that act and she informed she will call us back with her findings
We never received a call back from Mrs*** of her findings, but instead we received a Revdex.com complaint 6/22/as of 10:AM June 24,
If the check has not been received, we would have to submit a stop payment request on the check and request a new check to be
submitted
We've communicated with Mrs*** with the utmost level of respect and with a high level of customer serviceShe was very kind and the
conversation ended with notes showing awaiting feedback from Mrs.***
We feel we've went an even extra step of taking her past due bill totally out of collections while she did her research
We will not be giving Mrs*** $to call her husband to verify that the check was received
