Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The fact that Mr. [redacted] is selective in relating the events is evidence of the unscrupulous business practices of Asset Exchange Strategies (AES).1. On 1/11/14, I sent AES an email request for an additional $520 for the fees I had to pay to remove my money from Provident Trust, the company [redacted] had instructed me to put them in. When I did not receive any response, I sent a written request for same via certified mail on 4/24/14.2. On 5/28/14, I received an email from the AES accounting department with a release where Mr. [redacted] had crossed out the $2150 and replaced it with $520 in an attempt to trick me into signing off on the lesser amount. 3. On 6/2/14, I sent Mr. [redacted] a letter via certified mail stating that I could not sign off on the amended release because my letter of 4/24/14 requested $520 in addition to the $2150, not instead of the $2150.4. On 6/17/14, I received a letter from Mr. [redacted], refusing to pay the additional $520 and offering $2150.5. On 8/15/14, I sent Mr. [redacted] a certified letter accepting the $2150 that he had agreed to per the original Revdex.com complaint. I attached a clean copy of the release document for $2150, signed and notarized on 8/8/14, as well as a copy of Mr. [redacted]'s letter dated 6/17/14.  (Copies attached to this email.)6. There was no further communication or check from AES, so I sent a follow-up letter by certified mail on 10/22/14, to which there was still no response.7. AES already has a release for $2150, which was signed and notarized on 8/8/14 (per note 5, above).  I would like them to send me a check for $2150 no later than 12/01/14 to settle the matter promptly.
Thanks and regards,
[redacted]
