Review: Asset Genie sells mobile and other technology parts, particularly LCD screens and glass for mobile devices. This complaint, is about the product: iPad mini digitizer/IC Chip and home button combination. The product has consistently come malfunctioning, cosmetically misaligned, and with unfixable, uncleanable marks on the under side of the glass, creating very obvious streaks and marks on the technology. The home button, which is a home button for an iPad mini (APPLE DEVICE), often does not function correctly, and is irreversibly misaligned. When respectfully complaining about this issue, to solve a quality problem within my company (which in this context, has used Asset Genie to supply parts for the company), the Executive Director of the company, [redacted], has responded flippantly, pointing the finger at me, and fabricating an annoying, complaining, CEO story about me, and regarding my company as a problem company for them. In more simple terms, we paid for many products, that didn't function correctly, and in our attempts to complain, and request solutions for those problems, I was "shushed," told to go elsewhere for this product, and virtually extinguished by the executive director, via email, and via phone. Our complaints, and the nature of the technical issue, were discounted abruptly, and ignored nonchalantly. My company is a national service corporation that's customers rely on the quality of our products, and services rendered, and these problems have incurred considerable revenue, reputation, and resource loss.Desired Settlement: At this point, the last couple of malfunctioning screens, we do not wish to receive replacements for, as we do not have faith that those products will be functional. We are requesting immediate refunds for these malfunctioning, low quality screens.

Response:
In response to complaint [redacted]— [redacted] was not happy with the quality of our parts and we
agreed to refund them their money upon return of the parts. It is our company policy (clearly listed on
our website http:JiaRirepair.com/cW/rma~ that in order to receive a refund, you must return the parts.
We requested on 01/13/2014 for [redacted] to return the parts and we would issue them a refund
once the parts arrived back to us. We are waiting for the parts to arrive back to us, and once they do,
we will issue a refund immediately. Asset Genie, Inc. has never denied a credit with [redacted]
once the parts have been returned to us.
While most of our customers have had no issues with the quality of our parts, [redacted] continued
to have complaints. Due to the differentiating opinions on the quality of our parts, I proposed it would
be better for us not to do any business in the future and for [redacted] to seek other vendors in the
market. [redacted] continues to try to purchase parts from us with us even after the complaint
was filed on 12/29/2103 at 7:51:31PM, but we have elected not to sell them parts anymore.
