WE are sorry that Ms [redacted] is unhappy She signed a contract with us in Jan She agreed to finance the cost of the program with us- because she didn't want to pay up front We have met all our obligations to the program Ms [redacted] several times removed more and more $ that she had committed to the program for us to use to pay her debt In 2015, when she only had her mortgage left to pay on, she asked to quit the program She could do that but was and is still obligated to pay off the principal balance owing to us for her program fee We fulfilled our part of the contract- but could not send the amounts to her debts as required by the program because she did not have the money available for us to use WE have sent her a payment schedule as to what she has paid to the program and the balance WE can send you a copy of that payment schedule- showing where fees were waived for payment missed and also a courtesy discount given at one point She has a legal obligation to pay the principal balance on the contract she signed and agreed too We have 1000's of clients who use the program as designed and are thrilled with our results
