I had an opportunity to review this complaint and review the consumer’s file.  A payment was made on April *, 2013. It is
not our policy to delete items off a consumer credit report simply because a payment is made but to update the item to a paid status. 
We received a...

complaint from this consumer in May 2014 and responded to him advising him of our policy that we do not to delete collection items simply because it’s paid but we do update the item. 
We also asked him to provide the reason for allegedly being promised to have the item deleted but as of today we did not receive a response to that email. 
At this time we are unable to locate the recording of the conversation that took place at the time the payment was made and we are unable to speak with the representative that this consumer spoke with as he is no longer employed with our agency. 
As a courtesy and considering all available records and data, we will go ahead and delete this it off the consumer’s credit report.

Review: Asset Maximization Group, Inc. Are refusing to remove this Debit off the three credit bureau

I was told by one of their Collection Representative, who no longer work for them, that once payment is made in full

they would remove this negative report off from the three credit bureau. I was contacted via Email from the company

and still waiting on a response. The report has not been removed..,Desired Settlement: Repair my credit by removing this collection from the three credit bureau as I agreed

We received a complaint from this consumer in May 2014 and responded to him advising him of our policy that we do not to delete collection items simply because it’s paid but we do update the item.

We also asked him to provide the reason for allegedly being promised to have the item deleted but as of today we did not receive a response to that email.

At this time we are unable to locate the recording of the conversation that took place at the time the payment was made and we are unable to speak with the representative that this consumer spoke with as he is no longer employed with our agency.

Review: Asset Max entered a false claim against my credit report. When they learned that the hospital was paid from the insurance provider [redacted] and that the hospital kept the reimbursement fees for the physician they did not want to discuss removing the false claim from my credit report.Desired Settlement: They need to explain that they posted a false claim against my credit report.

Dispute Resolution Specialist:To provide some background on this file, this account wasplaced for collections in December 2011. We mailed her our initial collection notice and she responded by phoneto us in February 2012, asking for a copy of the bill for review. We mailed her validation of the debt thefollowing day. We made several follow upphone calls to her and [redacted] responded by telling us that she willcontact her insurance carrier and she will get back to us once she has doneso. We did not hear back from [redacted]

[redacted] until August **, 2015. In thatconversation she again told us she will be contacting her insurance carrier andwill get back to us. On August **, 2015 we received a call fromher insurance [redacted]; the representative told us that he willbe sending us a denial that shows NO member responsibility. On August **, 2015, we received the denialfrom [redacted] which confirms no member responsibility. We spoke with [redacted] and advised herthat we are closing the account and will be deleting this off her credit reportbased on the denial from her insurance carrier. I emailed her a confirmation letter as per her request. At this time this matter is closed with deletion from hercredit report and no member responsibility.
